Angkor Wat (and Siem Raep)
The biggest and most famous sight of Cambodia is without doubt Angkor Wat, the eighth wonder of the world. Angkor, the Holy (main) city, of Cambodia has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1992 is a complex with numerous ruins of ancient temples and cities from the Khmer Empire. Read more >>>

Battambang and around
Battambang is known and famous for its beautiful French colonial architecture. Around the city is a beautiful landscape with temples, small villages, caves with atrocities of the Khmer Rouge regime and the bamboo train which you can visit. Read more >>>

Kratie
Kratie is located in central Cambodia along the mighty Mekong River. The town is well-organized, has a nice market but is especially famous for the presence of the almost extinct Irrawaddy dolphin that you can see from close by going on a tour on the water. Read more >>>
